The fish can be served in two ways:
Cold: Take the package to room temperature about 30 minutes before serving. Open the package and remove the skin. Use fish in salad, pie, soup, tortilla, pizza, pasta or bread etc.
Warm: Open the package and heat the fish in the oven 160 C° for about 10 minutes. Remove the skin and serve.
