The clear fish broth is gently boiled from the leftover bones, heads and tails of the Saimaan Tuore fillets. The broth is seasoned with dill, fennel, bay leaves, allspice and black pepper, as well as mild salt. Our traditional clear fish uses Saimaan Tuore rainbow trout cubes, Annabella potatoes, Finnish onions and carrot, as well as dill. We make use of everything eatable that comes from the fish farming and thus avoid wasting resources.
The traditional clear fish soup is made from the best Finnish ingredients, in a clear broth cooked from the fish bones. Warm up and enjoy
